Al started Trinary IT Services in 2011 due to his passion for IT support. Before this he worked in IT support in the financial services sector, firstly as an IT Analyst for Nationwide Building Society supporting approx. 20,000 end-users, then as an IT Incident Manager for Computacenter (UK) Ltd. During his time as an Incident Manager he provided technical training to over 30 analysts, implemented new processes which drove up first contact resolution rates, decreased IT incident resolution times and was nominated as a high performance achiever. It is his aim with Trinary IT Services to deliver the high levels of quality and professionalism to small business IT markets, that are experienced in large corporate IT support.
